Art Gallery

Want to know how many talented people walk among you? Let them express themselves on your walls.

Described in the media as "playing host to some of Phoenix's hottest up and coming artists", Sutra has devoted our wall space to display the inspired visions of our creative population. Acting as a commission-free gallery space we have been honored to display the work of many talented local artists, students, friends, and neighbors to embrace the rich, diverse talents of those in our community. We believe that local art is a fundamental staple in highlighting our very unique and vibrant neighborhood.

Sutra joins the many open art venues on First Friday (the nation’s largest self-guided art walk brought to you by Artlink on the 1st Friday of every month) to bring together our artist and community who share an appreciation for culture in downtown Phoenix. Our less formal approach is a celebration of local talent that includes Sutra’s unique varieties of signature, fresh squeezed sangria, occasional live music and open mic nights, and the stimulating work of the areas local artists.
